Why am I getting an “Error Retrieving Opportunities” message?
If you are receiving the following message when trying to access your dashboard, please try the two steps below to resolve the issue.
“There was an error retrieving your opportunities.”
1. Refresh the page – try refreshing the page (pressing F5)
2. Log-out and retry logging in – sign out of ProfitSourcery and then try logging back into your account. Hopefully this should resolve the error.
