Why do I see the “unable to find the catalogue number(s)” message on the Argos page?
Occasionally items you find on ProfitSourcery may be sold out. Many of the products we source are clearance items or fast sellers and the retailer may be out of stock by the time you visit the page.
One of the more confusing messages you may see is the “unable to find the catalogue number(s) highlighted in your list” page when looking at items sold by Argos (see below).
Argos, when out of stock, remove the item from their online catalogue. If you see the “unable to find the catalogue number(s)” message when you try to buy an item from Argos, it means the item is unfortunately out of stock and possibly discontinued.
You’ve missed this opportunity but there should be plenty more on your dashboard to move on to!
